Incredible customer service from the staff.
We were extremely disappointed with our air conditioning issue, which made our nights unbearable due to constant noise. Despite requesting help multiple times, it took until our last night for a technician to finally address the problem, leaving us frustrated. Additionally, the dining options closed early, which limited our choices significantly during our stay.

The beach was gorgeous and the resort was stunning. Service was mostly friendly, but communication issues and long wait times for food were frustrating. While the breakfast buffet was excellent, the other dining options fell short of expectations. Overall, a beautiful spot with potential for improvement.

Not Recommend for the Unprepared
The room had a jacuzzi on the balcony which felt like a dream after a long day and the bathroom had good quality cosmetics that made me feel somewhat relaxed despite everything else. The front desk was very helpful when I had an issue with my safe and worked quickly to solve it which was appreciated
It wasn't cheap but the expectations were still acceptable with the amenities

A beautiful retreat, strikingly modern with tropical elements, blended with amazing service from attentive staff. Our swim-up suite was a slice of paradise. All-day food options were tasty, and we enjoyed lively entertainment such as neon beach parties. A perfect balance of relaxation and fun without feeling overcrowded.

Amazing beach vibes and friendly staff!
The beach was super pretty, and the staff? Totally felt like family! Breakfast with Wandy and Julio was the best way to start our day. The lunch spots were a hit too, especially Miraflores! Just wished our room could’ve been cleaner. Still, it was an awesome stay!

modern design, excellent spa facilities, direct swim-up pool access
The lack of working elevators caused unnecessary hassle!!! Additionally, the aggressive push for timeshare memberships upon arrival felt intrusive and should definitely be toned down!!! Construction of the expansion also detracted from the overall experience!!!

The kids loved the pools, and we enjoyed exciting ecotours nearby! The restaurant selection was top-notch, with our favorite being the Asian Tepanyaki. The entertainment team made every night special. their energy and enthusiasm kept everyone smiling!
My kids wished for better kids' activities and perhaps a family-friendly area at the resort to keep them engaged.
